Wow... Just Wow! I came here over three years ago and had a horrible experience! To the point that the owner Gram even called me this morning asking why I was returning if I had such a bad experience. The Truth... Every business deserves a second chance and after seeing one of my other Temple Business Owners use them and rave, I was willing to give the business a second chance. This experience could not have been more different! From the time I booked to the time I picked up my car, I was treated with respect and kept updated on the process. The car I brought in was used for every day travel for the last 4 years, sports tournaments all over and was flat out disgusting! We are giving it to our soon to be 16 yr old and I needed and wanted it to be cleaned. It is spotless! All the stains removed, arm/hand gunk gone, smells amazing! I know the amount of work it took to get this done, because I was unwilling to do it. I can not speak highly enough of this company now and will be referring all of my family and friends to them. Thank you to the entire team for changing my mind and doing such a great job. Oh and it is super affordable!

How do I even put this into words.... First off, the team at Bulldog Auto Detailing in Temple were incredible to work with! They quickly assessed the situation and identified a service plan to remediate the issue(Diesel Additive Interior Spill) for my BWM x5. Bulldog Auto Detailing in Temple is not your typical detailing shop, each member of the team are automotive enthusiast. Being an automotive enthusiast myself, I was able to appreciate their attention to detail, process and technics while feeling relaxed in knowing my vehicle was in great hands.Secondly, their customer service was top notch! I had an appointment scheduled first thing in the morning were I was going to drop off my x5 and Uber/Lyft to work as I only worked a couple of miles away from their facility. They offered to drop me off at my office and even pick me up once my vehicle was ready!Lastly, the team over at Bulldog Auto Detailing in Temple offers far more then just detailing service. Brought in a Civic with a few years of stains on the cloth seats and a long paint transfer on the side. It now looks better than when we got it CPO from the dealer. My only regret is not taking before and after pics. I’ll be taking my vehicles here from now on- better than I could have ever dreamed of doing myself. Friendly service, fair prices, worth the cost.

For everyone that is on the fence about vehicle paint correction and coatings, DO IT. Take it to Bulldog Auto Detailing in Temple. I talked to Gram Short one night at a show about getting my GTR fixed. It is a 12 year old car, and time had shown on it. I have several major scratches, several chips, wrap residue, mismatched paint, pretty much everything going on. He was VERY knowledgeable and confident in his teams ability to make my car look showroom ready again. I was most impressed with his ability to build me a quote and through the whole process stayed right on key with it. I’m in the auto business, and sometimes that is very hard to do. He was very fast, very responsive, and very professional. He told me to let his team and connections handle the entire job. This was no small job, I had both bumpers repainted, a fender, a decklid, and all new badges installed. Then after that, the entire car cut and polished then a 5 year ceramic coating applied. It was such an easy process to do business with Bulldog Auto Detailing and Gram. Truly one stop shopping. My car looks 1000% better. EXCEEDED my expectations greatly. 15/10 recommend!

I learned of this place by using their sister company, Extreme Hail and Dent, for repairs. As expected, their service was top notch. Scheduling with them was quick and easy using the online forum and email. Got an appointment within the same week and they turned it around with quality quickly that same day. The level of work was worth the money. And mind you, we gave them a very dirty truck too! Will definitely use them again in the future!

Absolute Amazing experience and quality!We recently purchased a Tesla Model Y, and our old Tesla had a bunch of rock chips so we of course wanted to prevent that on our new ride. We reached out to Bulldog and Gram had us worked in and started on the full PPF front to back, as well as tint on our car. He even took it a step further and came to pick it up from our house!About a week later we picked up our baby and now we feel completely safe driving it around now! I took my 2-day old Tesla Model Y to Bulldog for full-front PPF and Xpel window tinting after researching all other local detailers. They got my car in quickly and the service was great! We got a quote for $550 for a gold detail and acid wash to remove hard water. Although the service was excellent, there were discrepancies in the final cost for service. After fees and tip we spent $700. While this was money well spent, it would have been nice to know exactly what the costs were before the deal was made.

There was a minor miscommunication which resulted in our car receiving a lower level detail than we needed, and when we explained our concerns the Bulldog Team was quick to ensure that we received exactly what we needed! It was no simple task for what I asked for, I have high demands and expect more then what most can actually give, however you delivered. A can of Big Red exploded in my car today in the heat of the day. The technicians that actually worked on my vehicle did a great job. Unfortunately I am not astute on vehicle detailing. I interpreted interior detailing to include the ceiling of the cab. However, this is not the case. Which is perfectly fine, I just was not aware. When I inquired about this with the front desk personnel they explained that it was someone else's fault for not explaining the details, and prices. This individual was the one that didn't explain the process. All this being said the quality of the work that was done, was done very well. I'm not sure if I will go back to have the ceiling liner cleaned, but again I'm sure the technicians would do a great job.

I recently purchased my dream car and wanted to get a full paint protection and ceramic coating done to protect my GT-R. I contacted Gram and trusted he and his team would get the job done correctly. After they installed the paint protection and ceramic coating, I was blown away with how shiny and smooth the entire car felt and looked including the wheel wells, and brake calipers, every square inch was spotless. I highly recommend them and trust that they get the job done right the first time 👍. I will be back again for another ceramic coating and or paint protection on other vehicles down the road. These people are amazing. Took my new Durango in for PPF and ceramic coating and they were upfront and honest with me about a botched job on my hood from a previous body shop that "attempted " to fix a small scratch. They worked some magic with their sources and got my hood redone and looking brand new. The ceramic job is done and looks absolutely fantastic. Can't wait for the 30 days to be up to get the PPF installed on the hood. Impressed with everyone's knowledge of their product and they answered every question I had. They treated me like I was a very important customer and you don't see that any more now days. They treated my Durango like it was their own. Your not going to find a more professional or friendly place around, I promise. Soon as the PPF goes on I hope they will allow me to post pictures to show their fantastic work. I am so amazed at the excellent job Bulldog Auto Detailing did on my husband’s work truck. They performed magic and took his filthy 2017 Dodge truck and transformed it into a spotless looks like new condition! I still do not know how they got the leather so clean along with all the other interior. It looks brand new again! I highly recommend their services and everyone there is so kind and accommodating!

Took my brand new Dodge Charger Scatpack in for a ceramic coating. I thought with the car only having 2,800 miles that the paint was in great shape. Boy was I wrong and they took the time to show me what right looked like. They were professional from beginning to end and allowed me to fully inspect the car before I took delivery. No hassle no fuss what I was quoted is what I payed and I’ll say for what I got I’d have gladly paid more. Will absolutely return with my other vehicles ! 10/10

I had a guy side swipe me one morning on my way to work in a jeep that had those huge tractor tires on it. Later, once I took a closer look at the damage on my car, it seemed pretty minimal. It appeared that there were no dents or scratches, just a bunch of tire burned onto my rim and on the wheel well. I managed to get the tire burn off my rim with an SOS pad....it worked like a charm and yet didn't scratch the surface of my rim. The wheel well was another story but I thought it could be buffed out. I stopped by BullDog Auto Detailing today on my way home from work to see what they could do. The owner, Mr. Short came out, looked at it, said he thought it could be buffed out, and if I had a little extra time he could do it right then. I said sure, and roughly 5 minutes later, all the tire burn was gone. Not only did he do this for me on the spot, he didn't charge me a cent. I couldn't believe it, what a sweetheart. Was very grateful.Thank you so much Mr. Short for your kindness it was very much appreciated.

If you’re a first responder I recommend. I know sometimes you have to question and over analyze services you choose. Glad to have found a good detailing place local. I know this isn’t the only one, but the only I’ve used. Everyone I dealt with was professional and polite and I didn’t have any question about.I did have to drop it off and leave it there so, keep that in mind when you schedule. But, they had different packages and I chose a deep clean inside and out (I forgot which package). My car looked good as new. Places were clean that we often forget like door jams and under hatch closures.Cleaned out cup holders and my weather tech mats looked like new. I thought I got everything out before hand, and the few things I had left they had placed it all in a bag for me and sat it inside. Still 5 stars, but the only thing I would have liked would maybe be an ask how shiny you would like it on the inside. Also around the emblem on the back hatch wasn’t cleaned in between the emblem. With all that being said, still give them 5-stars.

I have known Gram Short, the owner, since 2019 when he hosted a fund raiser car show event in Hamilton Tx for a good friend of his who had a real hardship with a rare & life threatening medical condition ... from which this man has since recovered thanks in part to Gram's efforts to help fund the treatment.Outstanding person and runs a great company. In July '18, I started a full frame-off restoration of a car which is VERY special to me. A 1961 Chevy Impala. It was my first car. My now late father and I overhauled this car in the early 80s. "Passion Polly" then sat in a couple of barns for 30 years.I had never heard of ceramic coating a vehicle. But my restoration shop mentioned it, specifically mentioning Gram's Bulldog Auto Detailing. Gram taught me more details. There was no question, then, that when Polly was complete, she was going to Gram for this 9 year Crystal Serum Ultra ceramic coat. Gram and his crew in Temple did a simply fantastic job with my Polly. Where to start, Bulldog auto detailing did an amazing job on my Camry! It was previously coating. Unfortunately that didn’t last long. Then I found bulldog auto detailing and met Gram where he inspected my car and was able to redo the whole car and made my car look 10 times better!!! If you’re looking for is auto detailing shop for ceramic coating or anything that has to do it auto detailing! You found it! Well I got myself into a pickle with my new car and 5 gallons of white paint!! As the video shows us trying to clean it, a neighbor said “call a detail shop Now!” We called Bulldog Detailing and took it straight to them!! They evaluated and realized it was the worst they had ever seen. All over the interior and running out the back hatch door as well as the passenger side door. I left it with them and told them to take as long as they needed. I did NOT expect a clean car when I went to pick it up! Anything at that point would have been better than it was! However, when I did go pickup, I was in disbelief!! It looked like it came off of the showroom floor!! Perfect!!! Everyone worked so hard and fast and stayed in touch with me for the days they had it!! I can not Thank them enough!! We will use them in the future on just a regular detail without any paint😉 Highly recommended!! Thank you ALL!! Everyone was Absolutely Amazing!!

I'm always worried about who I do business with and you probably are too. These guys put in the effort and did the job right. I was happy to pay for what I got. My cat looks great and they made the while process pleasant. I brought a 2017 Ford Focus ST with chips in the hood, bug gut damage on the bumper and minor scratches here and there. They addressed all of it making the care look great before ceramic coating it.

Got my truck in for a full detail and wash, and it was nasty. I’m a mechanic for a living so grease stains, dirt and dust. He got it all out. I don’t recognize the truck anymore, feels like a new one of the lot. Will continue to go back here to keep it up and recommend everyone to do the same. Best in the area, hands down!!!!!

I am very pleased with my experience with The Detail Guy! My car is 3 years old, has cloth and leather seats and has never been professionally cleaned as I heard it was difficult to do without damaging the leather. I have a 7 year old daughter and 2 dogs who have made my car an absolute mess. Recently my daughter got sick in the back seat which made it smell horrible! The Detail Guy was very knowledgeable and put my mind at ease about cleaning my seats without damaging the leather. He took special care in the cleaning of my car and now it looks like new and no more smell! Highly recommend! Amazing experience!After two weeks of traveling with our dog during the holidays, our 2014 Jeep was in desperate need of a good clean. Jeffrey did an incredible job.
