Customer service at Bulldog was exceptional! The coordinator, Rachel, was warm, prompt, and accommodating. Every technician was respectful and professional. The space was organized, vey clean, and nice!I took my new truck in because I spilled 2 gallons of Round-up (chemical) in the floorboard (back seats). I did my best to clean it but I wanted a steam clean and shampoo on the carpet. I called, they got me in immediately. I brought the truck up, and waited in the foyer area. They had WIFI so I was able to work from my laptop. They finished within the time they estimated. They even brought the extracted gunk they pulled out of the carpet to show me.All around a fabulous company and experience. I’ll be back.

I had 3 year old soda stains in my car's backseat that was completely removed after coming here. They also paid for the cord for my rear camera that they accidentally broke. The platinum package covered everything I needed to clean my car.Rachael and everyone there was very helpful and nice. I will definitely come back here and recommend this place to everyone I know.

Had Bulldog add ceramic window tint, paint protection film, and ceramic coating to my truck. They corrected some minor paint issues with the factory paint. Got all the work done, and done well. Even dropped me off and picked me up.Truck looks slick. Much cooler now as well. They did a clean of the inside of the truck while they had it, and are doing a free car wash when I bring it back after a couple weeks to double check the work.Would certainly do business with again, and plan to for washes and detailing.

Took my 2023 Toyota 4 Runner TRD Pro in for some much needed TLC as it was covered in mud and road grime. Scheduling was easy, the text confirmation of the appointment was nice and the follow up reminder. After picking it up I was blown away at how “show room” clean it was and not a spot left. Interior was just as clean. Will definitely continue to use Bulldog. Thank you to everyone there from scheduling to the actual cleaning and detailing, you all did a fantastic job.

I had my windows tinted at Bulldog Auto Detailing. It was an exceptional service from start to finish. The initial phone call while booking my appointment put me at ease that my car was going to get the best service possible. Might I include, that my concerns about the percentages were clarified easily and any suggestions I needed were given to me with no hesitation.The vehicle was worked on in a timely manner and the previous tint I had was removed which I am sure was time consuming itself.The installer did a phenomenal job and I no longer struggle with not being able to stay cool in my vehicle.Customer service and quality were top notch. I took a 2007 Camry which has sat under an oak tree in the Texas sun for the better part of 7 years. Sun damaged, oak blooms and leaves, with an interior that had been used for years as a high commuter vehicle of 35k miles per year. The car was dirty, inside and out. Bulldog detailing made it look like brand new. I’m honestly impressed with not only how clean it is, but how professional they are and the courtesy of service is top notch. I will take all of my cars there from here forward.

I had my car detailed for the first time today at Bulldog auto detailing and not only did they do an amazing job but as they were bringing my car around they noticed something amiss with one of the tires. Several guys came out to take a look at it and figure out what was going on. It was nothing they did but they went out of their way to make sure that it was fixed for me before I left. With less than 600 miles on my new G70, I had to have the windshield replaced. Unfortunately, the careless company that replaced it scratched the heck out of the hood. Seeing it marred was disheartening and totally took the fun of getting a new car.I took it to several local body shops but didn’t get a good feeling from them or they didn’t want to take the job. I’m admittedly picky and I’m sure helping me just wasn’t worth their time and trouble. Fortunately, one of the shops recommended Bulldog Auto Detailing in Waco and I’m glad they did!From the moment I stepped into their shop, I was greeted with professionalism and empathy, not to mention a beautiful silver Lotus being worked on. The staff understood the “new car” value of my car and assured me they would restore it to its pristine condition. True to their word, they did not just fix the scratches; they made the hood, and the rest of the car look as if it had just rolled out of the showroom.The technicians at Bulldog Auto Detailing in Waco are true artisans in their craft. They meticulously restored my hood to new condition and installed PPF to keep it that way.They walked me through the process, explained the techniques they would use and the materials involved. There were no hidden costs or surprises; everything was upfront and clear. Their pricing was fair, and considering the quality of their work, it was worth every penny. Heck, they even gave me a ride home when I dropped it off.In conclusion, Bulldog Auto Detailing in Waco exceeded my expectations. Bulldog Detailing did an amazing job on my car. I had gotten an overly spray on my car when Walmart was redoing their parking lot. Contacted bulldog detailing and asked if they could get this off of my car and they stated they could. It took them a day and half to get my car done. They were fast and man let me just say, my car looks like I just pulled it off the show room floor. They even detailed the inside of my car. They packed up all my belongings I had in my car and placed them in the back and went to town on the inside of my car.
