Brought our truck in for a hand wash, headlight polishing, and interior detailing.We hadn't taken our truck into any detailing shop since moving out of Austin, I hadn't found any that I really liked.As a result, the truck was way over time to be done, especially with 7 & 9 year old kids in the back.These guys made the truck look top notch, interior as good if not better than when I picked it up from the dealer straight from the factory.Based on the results from headlight polishing, I'm probably going to schedule the more intensive paint repairs and ceramic coating on the outside of the truck when I get a chance. I tried to polish them myself, but either gave up too soon, or didn't have the right kit.I highly recommend this shop!

I took our Grand Cherokee to Bulldog for an overhaul. After 100K miles it really needed deep clean. I was blown away by the result, and i got multiple comments on it the next weeks. It is the best it has been since i pulled out from the dealership 3 years ago. AND they have a fast shuttle service. This place is awesome! They removed the original protective shield on my 2011 Lexus 350rx. It had severely cracked from age and the Texas heat. It wasn’t an easy job but they made the car look brand new again!! They also detailed a very dirty interior with perfection!! I highly recommend these guys. The owner, manager and staff were extremely kind and delivered exactly what they promised. Great job guys!!

We got a quote for $550 for a gold detail and acid wash to remove hard water. Although the service was excellent, there were discrepancies in the final cost for service. After fees and tip we spent $700. While this was money well spent, it would have been nice to know exactly what the costs were before the deal was made.

I’d like to thank everyone at this location who worked so hard and diligent on this car. It was no simple task for what I asked for, I have high demands and expect more then what most can actually give, however you delivered. Special recognition to Brandin who I know worked tirelessly to get the perfect results of doing a full PPF on an entire black vehicle…not fun I’m sure but he met my expectations and then some. These people are amazing. Took my new Durango in for PPF and ceramic coating and they were upfront and honest with me about a botched job on my hood from a previous body shop that "attempted " to fix a small scratch. They worked some magic with their sources and got my hood redone and looking brand new. The ceramic job is done and looks absolutely fantastic. Can't wait for the 30 days to be up to get the PPF installed on the hood. Impressed with everyone's knowledge of their product and they answered every question I had. They treated me like I was a very important customer and you don't see that any more now days. They treated my Durango like it was their own. Your not going to find a more professional or friendly place around, I promise. Soon as the PPF goes on I hope they will allow me to post pictures to show their fantastic work. She shines like glass!!!

Today I had paint in the back of my work van and I turned a corner and it fell over and busted open all over my floors and walls, I literally pulled in and they were so quick to help and fit me in! EDIT:: The owner of the company did amazing to accommodate for the experience we had. We got a refund for half of the service, which was more than I expected. He alone made the process so easy and so much better. Everything was taken care of and we were given a special deal for our next time in. Only recommendation I have is to explicitly explain what you’re needing done for your car so you don’t have the confusion I did!Dropped my car off at 8am for the gold package, which was recommended after I explained my biggest problems in my car. Explained on the phone and in person that I had a stain on my roof in the back of my vehicle and in one of my back seats, was told it wasn’t a problem. Got a call at 1 that my car done. My husband went at 4 to pick it up and the stains were still there not touched, the carpet hadn’t been completely vacuumed, and the weather stripping on my doors were untouched. My husband mentioned this to them and was told that regularly the roof isn’t included in the gold package but that that would go ahead and take care of it this time. When my husband asked about getting a discount for having to wait and to have to go back over their work to make sure it was good, the guy told my husband that they don’t give discounts if they completely the task. This was a completely horrible experience dropping my car off to be detailed. For $180 we shouldn’t have to go back over the work that was done.

Got my truck in for a full detail and wash, and it was nasty. I’m a mechanic for a living so grease stains, dirt and dust. He got it all out. I am very pleased with my experience with The Detail Guy! My car is 3 years old, has cloth and leather seats and has never been professionally cleaned as I heard it was difficult to do without damaging the leather. I have a 7 year old daughter and 2 dogs who have made my car an absolute mess. Recently my daughter got sick in the back seat which made it smell horrible! The Detail Guy was very knowledgeable and put my mind at ease about cleaning my seats without damaging the leather. I ended up going with the 9-year ceramic coating and it was/is a game changer. My black car is shiny and stays so clean. The scratches were very deep looked like I needed a new paint job on the entire passenger side! This place was able to remove the scratches and put a new ceramic coating in it!!! Very professional! They did a great job on our truck that had been used as a ranch truck for a few months. It was gross! But it looks almost new. There were a few stains in the car pet that didn’t come out but I’m surprised it’s a clean as it is. 5 stars. I’ll be taking my personal car soon to get it done.

There's a reason they have nothing but 5 stars and they've earned it. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like a friend instead of a customer. They know their stuff and they do the job right. They don't just quit when its quitting time either. They work until the job gets done. I cant say enough good things about them and the work they did on my 2019 Ram Limited Kentucky Derby edition. They exceeded my expectations in a huge way. If you ever need any detailing done to your vehicle, these are the guys to go to. They're the best at what they do.

Had Bulldog Detailing in Waco do a paint correction with 2 layer ceramic coating on my red 2016 camaro 2ss. I feel like I have a new car again. It looks better than when I bought it brand new. If you have a nice car go with the ceramic coating from Bulldog. I am super happy with the job they did and will be a repeat customer.
