Bulldog Auto Detailing is awesome! The customer service is top-notch. I asked a lot of questions, and every one of them was answered with patience. I never felt rushed or that I shouldn't continue to ask questions. On the day of my appointment, the gentleman who detailed my car kept me informed of the progress. It took a few hours, as I had both the inside and outside detailed, but it was worth every minute of my time!I've had my car for eight years but have never had any type of detailing done. Bulldog Auto Detailing brought my car back to pristine condition! It looks like the day I bought it. I spilled a huge cup of coffee in the front seats; it was horrible, and I was embarrassed by it. I used to hide the coffee stains under blankets! I won't be doing that anymore! The stains have been completely removed.This is a long review, sorry, but I am just SO PLEASED with the results and had to share. I feel like I am driving a brand-new car. I was selling my jeep and needed to have it cleaned for listing. I called one morning around 9, took my jeep in at 10 and had it back in great condition by 1:30! Customer service was great and they made sure I was satisfied with their work. My jeep had not been professionally detailed in a few years, years in which I would drive for several months at a time with the top off. I did try to upkeep it myself but it’s not ever the same as a detail. They did such a good job that it sold to the first customers that came and looked at it after I got it listed. My daughter called a few places in the area to get estimates to wash & wax our RV when we'd be in town. This place won her vote just by the difference in their response and professionalism. I made an appointment with Tani, who was very friendly & polite and it just got better from there. The full wash & waxing of our RV was well worth the cost. While picking up the RV, I asked if they could look at the hood of my car, it had some sort of stain on it, and make an appointment to take care of it. They went right out, and took care of it right then & there.Everyone at this place was friendly, knowledgeable, extremely helpful. We will return next year, while in town, and have the RV detailed again. We walked in as just another customer, but walked out as friends.

Overall great service, they were able to get my truck in on short notice and did an amazing job on the interior. Outside looks great but I did notice a few spots around the truck that looked like it just needed a final wipe down to get a some of the hazy spots off which I'm guessing is just some of the wax. Was no issue on my part to do and really didn't take away from the experience. The team was super friendly, and very informative. They also provided a valet service which was super convenient. I work overnights and so does my wife so having that as part of the service was huge as I didn't have to wake her or call an uber. Will definitely be bringing all my other vehicles in the near future.

We had a great experience with Bulldog Auto Detailing in Temple. I contacted them looking for an appointment with short notice and an upcoming international car shipment. Our car hadn’t been deeply cleaned since we bought it and has carted around 2 dogs through several cross-country road trips.They knew exactly what we needed for the strict turn-in inspection and made sure that we were 100% satisfied before we left. Wow... Just Wow! I came here over three years ago and had a horrible experience! To the point that the owner Gram even called me this morning asking why I was returning if I had such a bad experience. The Truth... Every business deserves a second chance and after seeing one of my other Temple Business Owners use them and rave, I was willing to give the business a second chance. This experience could not have been more different! From the time I booked to the time I picked up my car, I was treated with respect and kept updated on the process. The car I brought in was used for every day travel for the last 4 years, sports tournaments all over and was flat out disgusting! We are giving it to our soon to be 16 yr old and I needed and wanted it to be cleaned. It is spotless! All the stains removed, arm/hand gunk gone, smells amazing! I know the amount of work it took to get this done, because I was unwilling to do it. I can not speak highly enough of this company now and will be referring all of my family and friends to them. Thank you to the entire team for changing my mind and doing such a great job. Oh and it is super affordable!

We got a quote for $550 for a gold detail and acid wash to remove hard water. Although the service was excellent, there were discrepancies in the final cost for service. After fees and tip we spent $700. While this was money well spent, it would have been nice to know exactly what the costs were before the deal was made.

I am very pleased with my experience with The Detail Guy! My car is 3 years old, has cloth and leather seats and has never been professionally cleaned as I heard it was difficult to do without damaging the leather. My window tinting was faded and not in great shape. Jeffery found a local company to take the old tint off and put new tint on. The windows are amazing.
